IDE 631 - Instruct Design Develop I

This course laid the foundation for understanding instructional design as a systematic process and a creative problem-solving discipline. I learned how to conduct needs assessments, perform task and learner analyses, write measurable instructional objectives, and propose aligned instructional strategies. Working in a collaborative team, we developed a comprehensive instructional design plan addressing a real-world human performance issue. The process emphasized theory-to-practice application, particularly the ADDIE model, and helped me build confidence in designing purposeful, learner-centered instruction grounded in evidence.
