Video created using Canva.

Course Description

Grade: A

This course focused on deepening my understanding of instructional systems development (ISD) and the role of context when selecting or modifying a model. I explored multiple ISD models, analyzed their components, and built a custom model tailored to a specific instructional challenge. Through collaborative projects and scenario-based applications, I practiced translating theory into design decisions aligned with organizational needs. The final product, a comprehensive instructional development plan, required synthesizing knowledge of systems thinking, instructional sequencing, and design justification. This course challenged me to think critically and strategically about how instructional design operates within larger systems.
